FAQs
Yes, outside food and drinks are welcome. If you are bringing food, please also be sure to bring plates, cups, napkins, forks, etc.
Private Parties are welcome to bring decorations to match the party/event theme. Tablecloths and balloons are popular decorations. We do not allow anything to be pinned or stapled to our walls, and any damage done to the room/equipment will be charged to the contracted party.
Yes, all of the supplies (i.e. frosting, fondant, etc.) to complete your decorating project will be included in your party package.
We offer the following decorating packages to select from: 5” Cake, Cookies (each guest will decorate 6 cookies), or Cupcakes (each guest will decorate 6 cupcakes).
We ask that you clean up any leftover food, drinks & trash. We will handle any trash/clean up from the decorating.
The final headcount is due 7 days prior to your event.
Once the final headcount is received, more students are not allowed to be added 72 hours before the party date.
Your party will be allotted 2 hours total time, you will be given 15 minutes before for set up, and after for clean-up.
Additional time and space may be purchased, based upon room availability.
A $100 deposit is required upon booking parties up to 25 people. Parties of 26 or more, the deposit requirement will increase. Please contact us at the store for more information. This is a non-refundable deposit that will be credited towards your final balance.
Yes, you can customize your party to whatever you want to decorate, you will work with our Classroom Director, and they will give you pricing based on your idea.
