Delicious mini cheesecakes with chocolate, berry, pistachio, and strawberry toppings, perfect for dessert or special occasions from Over the Top Cake Supplies.

In this cozy fall baking class, students will learn how to make a cheesecake flight featuring six mini muffin-sized cheesecakes from scratch! Guided step-by-step, students will start by preparing the crusts, mixing rich and creamy fillings, and baking their cheesecakes in a water bath to ensure the perfect texture. The class will highlight festive fall-inspired flavors like pumpkin, turtle, and cookie butter, with each mini cheesecake topped off with delicious garnishes for that final touch. By the end of class, students will have a beautiful sampler box of mini cheesecakes to take home—perfect for sharing or savoring one bite at a time!

This class is for students 18 years and up! Feel free to bring a beverage of your choice.
