Tiramisu
$ 69.00
Rich tiramisu dessert with espresso and cocoa powder on top, perfect for cake decorating and dessert supplies.

Join us for a delicious journey through Italian pastry traditions as we create the beloved Tiramisu — a timeless dessert that combines coffee-soaked ladyfingers, airy mascarpone cream, and a dusting of cocoa for a perfectly balanced finish.

In this hands-on class, you’ll learn each step of the process: whisking eggs for a light mascarpone mixture, layering the components for the perfect texture, and understanding how to balance sweetness, espresso, and cocoa flavors. You’ll also explore presentation ideas and tips for making it ahead of time.

By the end of class, you’ll take home your own beautifully assembled tiramisu and the confidence to impress friends and family with your new Italian favorite.

What you’ll learn:

  • How to prepare authentic tiramisu from scratch

  • Techniques for making smooth, airy mascarpone cream

  • Tips for layering, soaking, and presentation

  • Variations and make-ahead storage tips
