Join us for our Signature Cookie Series featuring our Cookie of the Month: Chocolate Crush—a rich, indulgent cookie inspired by the famous NYC Levain-style cookies. These thick, bakery-style treats are loaded with chocolate and baked to perfection with a soft, gooey center and a perfectly crisp exterior.
In this hands-on class, each participant will receive a printed recipe and learn the techniques behind creating these oversized, decadent cookies from scratch. Students will make their own batch to take home—each student will leave with 4 large cookies each.
Perfect for home bakers looking to elevate their cookie game, this class focuses on texture, flavor balance, and the secrets behind achieving that iconic thick-cookie style.

Only Registered Students are allowed in the classroom.

6 Student Minimum for Class to be held.

Classes begin promptly at the scheduled times, please be courteous to other students and arrive on time.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds; no exceptions. Transfers are only allowed when we are given 48 hours notice of your absence.

If you are unable to attend the class you registered for, send someone to take your place.
