Revisit a childhood favorite — homemade style! In this interactive class, you’ll learn how to make buttery, flaky pastry dough and transform it into deliciously nostalgic Pop-Tarts. We’ll craft two signature flavors:
Frosted Brown Sugar – rich, sweet, and warmly spiced with a smooth icing on top.
Mixed Berry – a vibrant blend of fresh berries wrapped in golden pastry and topped with a colorful glaze.
Our instructor will guide you through every step, from rolling and cutting the dough to sealing, baking, and decorating each tart. You’ll pick up techniques for balancing fillings, achieving crisp edges, and customizing glazes and designs.
By the end of class, you’ll take home your own batch of picture-perfect Pop-Tarts — and the skills to bake them anytime!
