Inspired by Fiesta San Antonio, students will decorate a heart-shaped cake adorned with bold, buttercream florals in festive shades of red, yellow, pink, blue, and orange. Guided step-by-step, you’ll learn how to pipe layered petals, textured centers, and leafy accents to create a lively floral design bursting with movement and personality. This class blends classic piping techniques with Fiesta flair—resulting in a showstopping heart cake that’s full of culture, color, and celebration.

Only Registered Students are allowed in the classroom.

6 Student Minimum for Class to be held.

Classes begin promptly at the scheduled times, please be courteous to other students and arrive on time.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds; no exceptions. Transfers are only allowed when we are given 48 hours notice of your absence.

If you are unable to attend the class you registered for, send someone to take your place.
