Mille-Feuille Baking Class is a hands-on workshop where participants will learn to create the classic French “thousand-layer” pastry from scratch. Students will master the art of preparing flaky puff pastry and a silky, rich pastry cream filling, then assemble and layer the components into a stunning, delicate dessert. Along the way, they’ll learn professional techniques for rolling, baking, and finishing the pastry for a crisp, buttery texture paired with smooth, luscious cream—a beautiful and impressive treat to enjoy or share.

Only Registered Students are allowed in the classroom.
6 Student Minimum for Class to be held.
Classes begin promptly at the scheduled times, please be courteous to other students and arrive on time.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds; no exceptions. Transfers are only allowed when we are given 48 hours notice of your absence.
