French Macarons With A Friend 2/$100

Step into the sweet world of French patisserie in this interactive macaron-making class. Perfect for beginners and home bakers alike, this workshop guides students through the delicate art of crafting these elegant confections from scratch. Participants will learn the fundamentals of macaronage (mixing the batter to the right consistency), piping uniform shells, achieving the perfect “feet,” and preparing a variety of delicious fillings such as buttercream, and fruit jams.

Under the guidance of pastry chef, Pavla, students will work in pairs groups to create colorful, bakery-quality macarons in a professional kitchen setting. Each pair will leave with a box of 2 dozen of their handmade treats, a detailed recipe, and the confidence to recreate them at home.
