Can I sign up for an advanced class if I only have beginner skills?

We wouldn’t recommend taking classes outside of your skill level, and we do have many classes in beginner level!

Do I need to bring my own supplies?

We provide everything! We do have some classes where we may need you to bring some items, but those will be listed on the class page!

If I cannot make the class I signed up for, can I get a refund or take a different class in its place?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for classes, if you are unable to attend the class you registered for, send someone to take your place. Transfers are only allowed when we are given 48 hours’ notice of your absence. There are no refunds for classes, no exceptions.

Can the person I came with sit in the class with me even if they are not participating?

We only allow registered students in the classroom on the day of the class, this is to allow our instructors ample space to teach and move between students.

Is there a minimum number of students required for each class?

There is a 6 student minimum for the class to be held. You will be contacted ahead of time if the class does not make the minimum.

The class I wanted to take is fully booked, what should I do?

We do have a waitlist available. If the class you want to take is fully booked and you would like to be added to our wait list, please call the store - San Antonio: (210) 475-3032, Austin: (512) 371-3401. All classes are first come first served basis, and the waitlist is based on any cancellations.

We ask that you do not bring in outside food to any of our classes. Outside food/drink is allowed only for private parties.

Can I bring in alcohol? Our WWD Class is for the 21+, please see calendar for dates.

You are allowed to BYOB for the Weekend Wine Down classes only.

How old does my child have to be to attend the kids camp?

We suggest that your child be at least 6-12 years old to attend the kids’ camps.

Are payment plans available for classes?

In general, there are not payment plans available for the standard classes at OTT. However, there are specialty classes where payment plans are available. If a payment plan is available, it will be indicated on the registration page for that class.

Will my project come exactly as the cake/cookie in the photo on the listing?

Some images are for inspiration only. Actual results depend upon individual skill and personal preference.

Can you do vegan/gluten free/allergen friendly?

As of now, we do not offer Gluten Free/Allergen Friendly cakes, as more options are available, we may add them, but it will depend on availability. For more information, you can always call us at (210) 475-3032.

Do you have private classes like for birthday party, bachelorette, showers etc.?

YES! We can accommodate your next big party! You can always contact us through are Contact Us form or call-in store!

Are men allowed to come?

Everyone and anyone are allowed to sign up!
