In this advanced-level class, students will learn the traditional Italian art of hand-rolled pasta using a rolling pin to create delicate sfoglia from scratch. Participants will refine their dough-making and rolling techniques while mastering proper thickness, texture, and handling. The class will cover shaping classic pasta styles and focus on precision, consistency, and craftsmanship—perfect for experienced cooks looking to deepen their pasta-making skills and connect with time-honored techniques. 🍝✨
