Students learn to create a homemade version of the beloved Gansito treat, baking soft sponge cake, layering it with strawberry jam and creamy filling, and coating it in chocolate. The class focuses on simple techniques and nostalgic flavors, leaving everyone with a delicious, bakery-quality Gansito to take home.
