Fall Buttercream Wreath Cake Decorating Class

This is a great follow up class to the Buttercream 101 class, or if you just want to hone your buttercream flower making skills. In this class you will create a lovely buttercream wreath cake with flowers that change with the seasons. You’ll learn the components that make up different types of floral arrangements. You’ll learn how to pipe basic core designs like 5 petal flowers, drop flowers, berries, and leaves, as well as how to pipe slightly more challenging flowers that change with the season, like roses, zinnias, sunflowers, daisies, poinsettias, etc. You’ll also learn how to use flower nails, a flower lifter, and how to arrange your flowers on a cake that you will ice in class

Instructor: Kelly
