Learn the art of creating France’s iconic tower of cream-filled profiteroles. In this hands-on class, students prepare pâte à choux, pipe and bake perfect puffs, make a classic pastry cream, and assemble their own mini croquembouche using caramel for that signature golden finish. Guests leave with new pastry techniques, beautiful presentation skills, and a show-stopping dessert to recreate for special occasions.

Only Registered Students are allowed in the classroom.
6 Student Minimum for Class to be held.
Classes begin promptly at the scheduled times, please be courteous to other students and arrive on time.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds; no exceptions. Transfers are only allowed when we are given 48 hours notice of your absence.
