Our Coffee Concha Class is a hands-on workshop where participants will learn to make one of Mexico’s most iconic sweet breads—with a rich coffee twist. Students will prepare a soft, enriched dough infused with coffee flavor and craft the signature coffee sugar topping. You’ll learn techniques for mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking to achieve a perfectly fluffy interior and beautifully crackled, decorative shell.
This class blends foundational bread-making skills with the bold aroma of coffee, creating a beloved pastry that’s as stunning as it is delicious.

Only Registered Students are allowed in the classroom.
6 Student Minimum for Class to be held.
Classes begin promptly at the scheduled times, please be courteous to other students and arrive on time.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds; no exceptions. Transfers are only allowed when we are given 48 hours notice of your absence.
