Concha Baking Class is a hands-on workshop where participants will learn to make one of Mexico’s most iconic sweet breads from scratch. Students will prepare the soft, enriched dough and craft the signature sugar topping—learning techniques for shaping, proofing, and baking to achieve the perfect fluffy interior and crackled, decorative shell. This class combines foundational bread-making skills with the joy of creating a beloved pastry that’s as beautiful as it is delicious.

Only Registered Students are allowed in the classroom.
6 Student Minimum for Class to be held.
Classes begin promptly at the scheduled times, please be courteous to other students and arrive on time.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds; no exceptions. Transfers are only allowed when we are given 48 hours notice of your absence.
