Bring the warmth of a Mexican bakery into your own kitchen! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make conchas, the iconic pan dulce with a tender, buttery interior and a crisp, decorative topping that resembles a seashell.
Our instructor will guide you through each step — from mixing and kneading the enriched dough to crafting the classic vanilla and chocolate toppings and pressing the signature shell pattern. You’ll also learn professional tips for proofing, baking, and customizing your conchas with fun colors and flavors.
By the end of class, you’ll take home a batch of freshly baked conchas, the recipes, and the confidence to recreate this comforting classic anytime.
