Buttercream 101 Cake Decorating Class
Learn the basics of cake decorating with buttercream in this class. This is a companion class to the Fondant 101 class. Learn how to level, fill, and ice a cake. Participants will also learn some essential decorating techniques to create borders & embellishments on the cake. Each student will decorate their own 8” double layer cake in class. All supplies are included for use in class. This class is designed for all skill levels; beginners learn new techniques and more experienced decorators can even pick up some decorating tips and tricks
