Join us for a hands-on baking class where you’ll learn the art of making classic Italian biscotti. In this beginner-friendly session, students will discover the step-by-step process of creating these twice-baked cookies—starting from mixing the dough, shaping the loaves, and slicing them into perfect biscotti before baking them to golden crispness.
Along the way, the instructor will share tips for achieving the perfect texture and flavor, as well as demonstrate how to customize your biscotti with delicious mix-ins such as nuts, dried fruit, spices, or chocolate. Each participant will prepare their own batch and leave with a selection of homemade biscotti—perfect for dipping into coffee, tea, or hot chocolate.
This class is great for anyone looking to expand their baking skills, learn a versatile recipe, and create a treat that’s just as fun to make as it is to share.
