Lucky Charms Theme Roll Cake

A Lucky Charms–themed roll cake baking class is a fun, hands-on session where participants learn how to create a colorful, whimsical dessert inspired by the iconic cereal. The class typically covers preparing a light sponge cake, coloring and baking it into a patterned sheet, and rolling it properly without cracking. Students practice making a fluffy marshmallow-style cream filling, assembling the roll cake, and decorating it with Lucky Charms marshmallows and festive accents. Along the way, the instructor shares tips on cake texture, rolling techniques, and presentation. By the end of the class, participants leave with a completed roll cake and the skills to recreate the playful, cereal-inspired dessert at home. 🍀🍰
