Students learn to make traditional bolillo rolls from scratch, mastering dough preparation, shaping, and baking for that classic crisp crust and soft interior. The class also covers how to turn fresh bolillos into delicious tortas with simple fillings. Everyone leaves with freshly baked rolls and the skills to recreate them at home.

6 Student Minimum for Class to be held.
Classes begin promptly at the scheduled times, please be courteous to other students and arrive on time.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds; no exceptions. Transfers are only allowed when we are given 48 hours notice of your absence.
