Take your cake decorating skills to the next level in this two-day intermediate workshop focused on crafting elegant piped flower cakes from start to finish.
Over the course of two hands-on sessions, you’ll learn how to:
🎂 Day 1: 4pm-6pm
Properly level, stack, and fill a multi-layer cake
Apply a smooth, professional frosting finish using classic buttercream techniques
Prepare your cake for decorating with structure and stability in mind
🌺 Day 2: 1pm-3pm
Master the art of buttercream flower piping, including roses, peonies, and filler florals
Learn how to color buttercream for realistic and artistic results
Arrange your flowers beautifully for a polished, show-stopping finish
This class is perfect for those with some basic cake experience who want to refine their technique and gain confidence with florals and layered cakes. All tools, materials, and ingredients are provided—just bring your creativity and love for cake!

6 Student Minimum for Class to be held.
Classes begin promptly at the scheduled times, please be courteous to other students and arrive on time.
