Wednesday Workshop- Whip-N-Ice

Participants will learn how to properly store, mix, and color Whip-N-Ice, as well as how to achieve smooth finishes. The class will cover essential techniques, along with troubleshooting common issues like over-whipping or deflation. Students will also get tips on how Whip-N-Ice performs compared to buttercream and when to use it for cakes, cupcakes, and frozen desserts. Perfect for beginners and seasoned decorators looking to expand their skills with this versatile medium.
