
Fondant 101 W/ Brenda: Sunflowers

In this beginner-friendly class, students will dive into the world of fondant as they learn the essential do’s and don’ts for working with this versatile medium. The session will start with tips from our very own, Brenda Imholte, on properly preparing and covering a cake with fondant for a smooth, flawless finish. Then, students will get hands-on creating cheerful fondant sunflowers, complete with textured petals, curled vines, and realistic leaves—just like the ones adorning our signature sunflower cake. By the end of class, each participant will leave with a beautifully decorated cake and the confidence to tackle future fondant projects at home.
