Step into the world of elegance and artistry with this wedding cake baking class, designed for those who want to create a stunning centerpiece for a wedding or special event. Whether you’re a passionate home baker or planning your own wedding, this 3 Day hands-on class will teach you the skills needed to craft a multi-tiered wedding cake that’s both visually breathtaking and deliciously memorable.

Day 1: Baking

  • Learn to Bake your cake layers from scratch and start making your Gumpaste Flowers

Day 2: Fillings and Crumb coat your cake

  • Learn to make your filling from scratch and make your buttercream to crumb coat and prep your cake for decorating!

Day 3: Prepare your cake!

  • Use all your knowledge to Put all of your pieces together for your wedding cake!

Registration Policy

Only Registered Students are allowed in the classroom.

6 Student Minimum for Class to be held.

Classes begin promptly at the scheduled times, please be courteous to other students and arrive on time.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds; no exceptions. Transfers are only allowed when we are given 48 hours notice of your absence.

If you are unable to attend the class you registered for, send someone to take your place.
