We wouldn’t recommend taking classes outside of your skill level, and we do have many classes in beginner level!
We provide everything! We do have some classes where we may need you to bring some items, but those will be listed on the class page!
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for classes, if you are unable to attend the class you registered for, send someone to take your place. Transfers are only allowed when we are given 48 hours’ notice of your absence. There are no refunds for classes, no exceptions.
We only allow registered students in the classroom on the day of the class, this is to allow our instructors ample space to teach and move between students.
There is a 6 student minimum for the class to be held. You will be contacted ahead of time if the class does not make the minimum.
We do have a waitlist available. If the class you want to take is fully booked and you would like to be added to our wait list, please call the store at (210) 475-3032, but all classes are first come first served basis, and the waitlist is based on any cancellations.
We ask that you do not bring in outside food to any of our classes. Outside food/drink is allowed only for private parties.
You are allowed to BYOB for the Weekend Wine Down classes only.
We suggest that your child be at least 6-12 years old to attend the kids’ camps.
In general, there are not payment plans available for the standard classes at OTT. However, there are specialty classes where payment plans are available. If a payment plan is available, it will be indicated on the registration page for that class.
